Main responsibilities:

• Segmentation of the customer base by sales, behavior and other parameters to optimize profitability. 
• Data analysis, creation and testing of hypotheses regarding the growth of segments, mechanics of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Initiation and calculation of mechanics of promotions: forecasts, models, use of SAAS loyalty program tools.
• Implementation of promotions, mailings (Telegram bot, Viber, email), feedback, NPS surveys, news in the program.
• Technical support of the SAAS platform with by contractors, customization and optimization.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of activities, creating reports, optimizing results for profit growth.
• Planning the budget of expenses and production materials for campaigns. 

Candidate requirements:

• Strong analytical skills: working with large data sets (Excel: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting 100,000+ rows). 
• Experience in marketing (retail trade, trade marketing, marketing analytics, brand management) — understanding of client segments, motivation, communication. Basic traditional marketing.
• Understanding the principles of CRM systems and the development of customer behavior models.
• Competent written language, experience in creating newsletters and error-free content.
• Familiarity with services: mobile applications, Telegram bots, Viber newsletters, email marketing.
• Responsibility, attention to details and the desire to develop in the role.
• Experience no less from the 1st year in marketing/analytics.
