BAYER in Ukraine is opening a vacancy for a Logistics Specialist. . The position is temporary - for the period of the employee's maternity leave.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of import and export of commercial seeds, plant protection products and other materials for the operation of the seed plant.
• Coordination of interaction with transport partners and warehouses.
• PR and PO preparation with transport service providers, brokerage services and others. 
• Coordination and processing of supplier invoices.
• Preparation of foreign economic contracts, their support and archiving.
• Control and adjustment of stocks in warehouses
• Maintenance document management (collection of invoices, work at Vchasno.EDO). 
• Monitoring trade documents (tracking updates on legislative changes and global trends).

Skills and experience:

• Higher education in the field of logistics or economics.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in SAP, excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.< /li>
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Developed analytical skills, attention to detail.
• Communication skills, customer orientation.
