Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher English language skills (correspondence and communication)

• Experienced user of MS Office

• Desirable work experience in the field of logistics and customs affairs, or related fields of activity;
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, attentiveness, self-organization , responsibility, desire for learning and self-development
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time (multifunctionality) and effectively prioritize tasks

Main duties:

• Preparation of accompanying documentation for product export;
• Sales of products in the system (SAP), creation of commercial invoices and their entry into the relevant systems; 
• Preparation of reports on the sale and export of products; 
• Interaction with warehouse employees, the department of foreign economic relations, the Consolidation Center, customs brokers and other functional units
