Logistics Project Manager (China-Ukraine) in GLOBAL TRANSPORT COMPANY

We invite an ambitious and professional

Project Manager to join the group of companies providing services in the field of international logistics, foreign economic relations, finance, accounting and legal support. Logistics (China-Ukraine). 

Main tasks positions:

• Development and implementation of the sales strategy for logistics services, customs clearance, etc.
• Participation in planning financial goals for the sales team.
• Management of business relations with existing customers and attraction of new ones.
• Building effective work of the sales department to fulfill the set plans:
• team formation, training and development, setting goals and objectives, CONTROL implementation;
• search and attraction of new customers (cold base and existing);
• negotiation activity with new and potential customers;
• control of implementation of contractual relations (from signing contract before receiving payment);
• analysis of the results of the work of the team as a whole and of each manager individually (CRM and other reporting);
• motivation of the team: development of a bonus calculation system, analysis and calculation of managers' bonuses every month.
• Interaction with other divisions, departments of the company.

We expect from the candidate:

• Deep knowledge of the logistics services market.
• Preference to candidates who have experience in launching logistics companies from "0".
• Successful experience of 5 years or more in sales of logistics services, as well as formation and management a team of 10-15 people;
• Excellent planning skills, effective communication and a systematic approach to work. High productivity, energy and self-organization.
• Highly developed management skills and charisma.
