SpovDiya for the sake of Children is an extensive network of projects and programs of the Charity Fund "We provide comprehensive and sustainable support for children with the adults who surround them.
We are launching new teams to work with children in 3 regions of Ukraine together with the NRC partner, so we are looking Coordinators for local teams in the following locations of the Dnipropetrovsk region: Schaslyve, Blagodatne, Vodyane, Mar?ivka (Kryvorizky district), Mar?ivka (Samariv district).
The local team coordinator is a person who manages the work of the team, conducts communication with parents, monitors the reporting and reinforces the team as needed.
What is important to us?
- Experience of working with children and coordinator/manager experience of at least 2 years will be an advantage of coordinating educational projects.
- Ability to organize yourself and others, leadership qualities.
- Responsibility and stress resistance.
- Ability to establish communication within the team and outside.
- Strategic thinking, the ability to see prospects and realize them.
- Full time, flexible schedule.
Tasks of the coordinator/s:
- Emotional support classes for up to 15 children in accordance with the project's safety policies and standards." style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Joint training for teachers and parents in co-coaching with a PSS specialist.
- Communication with parents and children, providing beneficiaries of all current information about classes.
Creation and distribution of announcements, photo reports.
Creating parent chats and maintaining communication in them.

Formation of the work schedule of the space and schedule of classes, organization of open classes.
