SpovDiya for Children is an extensive network of projects and programs of the Charitable Foundation "We provide comprehensive and sustainable support for children with the adults who surround them.
We are launching new teams to work with children in 3 regions of Ukraine together with the NRC partner, so in looking forCoordinator for the local team in the village of Kolomak.
Coordinator of the local team is a person who manages the work of the team, communicates with parents, monitors reporting and reinforces the team as needed.
What is important to us?
- Experience of working with children and coordinator/manager experience of at least 2 years will be an advantage of coordinating educational projects.
- Ability to organize yourself and others, leadership qualities.
- Responsibility and stress resistance.
- Ability to establish communication within the team and externally.
- Strategic thinking, the ability to see perspectives and implement them.
- Full time, flexible schedule.
Formation of the work schedule of the space and the schedule of classes, organization open classes.
Create and distribute announcements, photo reports.
Creating parent chats and supporting communication in them.
Reporting on team work.
Establishment of communication and cooperation with local government, representation of the center at the community level.
