SpovDiya for the sake of Children is an extensive network of projects and programs of the Charity Fund "We provide comprehensive and sustainable support for children with the adults who surround them.
We are launching new teams to work with children in 3 regions of Ukraine together with the NRC partner, so we are lookingCoordinator for the local team in the village of Bagata Cherneshchyna.
Coordinator of the local team is a person who manages the work of the team, communicates with parents, monitors the team with reports and reinforces needs.
What is important to us?
- Experience of working with children and experience of a coordinator/manager for at least 2 years will be an advantage in coordinating educational activities projects.
- Ability to organize yourself and others, leadership qualities.
- Responsibility and stress resistance.
- Ability to establish communication within the team and outside.
- Strategic thinking, ability to see perspectives and implement them.
- Full time, flexible schedule.Tasks of the coordinator:
Coordination of processes in the team: planning, setting and control of tasks, implementation of project goals.
Formation of the work schedule of the space and schedule of classes, organization of open classes.
- Conducting psycho-emotional support classes (creative workshops, activities, cognitive classes, etc.) for a group of children up to 15 people in accordance with the project program and in compliance with safety policies and standards for working with children.
- Joint training for teachers and parents in co-coaching with a PSS specialist.
- Communication with parents and children, providing beneficiaries with all relevant information regarding classes.
Create and distribute announcements, photo reports.
Creating parent chats and supporting communication in them.
Reporting on team work.
Establishment of communication and cooperation with local government, representation of the center at the community level.
