Purpose of the position: the local coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of activities of the REMARKET project at the regional level, ensuring their timely and effective implementation. The coordinator will ensure that all activities provided for by the project are carried out with quality and, in accordance with time constraints, meet the goals of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the project as a whole:

Recruitment and registration of beneficiaries;

Communication with members;

Communication with contractors;

Database management - checking information entered by contractors and other team members;

Tracking member progress;

Formation of the selection committee for consideration of projects at the competition;

Facilitating contractor-implemented analysis and research;

Preparation of reports on project implementation in the region;

Execution of other tasks from program and project managers within the project.

• Team management:

Distribution of tasks according to functions and positions;

Organization of conditions; monitoring of the fulfillment of assigned tasks;

Conducting organizational meetings with the team regarding the progress of the project.

• Coordination with stakeholders, coordination of contractors.
• Organization of events.
