Assistant to the project manager in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

We need: Assistant project manager.

Our requirements:

• higher education;  
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365);   
• understanding of the principles of project work; work experience in international non-profit organizations will be an advantage; 
• competent business communication and correspondence skills (in Ukrainian and English) are a must;  
• experience in conducting business correspondence; 
• organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work in a team and coordinate;  
• ability to determine priority tasks;  
• politeness, attentiveness, responsibility, initiative, organization, sociability; Language requirements: fluent Ukrainian;  
• English language - not lower than B2 level.

Responsibilities:  Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to):

• participate in the development and accompany the project at all stages; 
• monitor the deadlines, the quality of the implemented project; 
• help collect data for document flow and prepare project reports; 
• fill in tables/reports on the project; 
• organize project meetings, keep a calendar of meetings, minutes of meetings (notes); 
• collect data, enter and verify data regarding project administration processes; 
• monitor and report on any identified problems and/or gaps in order to adjust project implementation plans and schedules; 
• maintain accountability by coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting partners in their efforts to collect and analyze project data in accordance with defined mechanisms and tools;
