We are looking for a Link Builder / Outreach Specialist (Part-time) with proven experience in B2B link acquisition and US market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify websites with strong authority and relevant context for link placement.
Evaluate potential partners based on domain authority, traffic quality, and relevance to B2B tech markets.
Establish long-term partnerships with authoritative sites to ensure ongoing link-building opportunities.
Work closely with internal and external content teams to prepare briefs and assignments for articles and guest posts.
Ensure that content meets both SEO and publisher requirements.
Track and report on outreach performance, link placement success rates, and overall effectiveness.
Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and benchmark against industry best practices.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a link builder or outreach specialist.
Strong knowledge of B2B link-building strategies and proven experience with the US market.
English — Intermediate+ (strong written communication is essential).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, link quality, and metrics.
Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs (mandatory), SEMrush, Google Search Console.
Ability to create effective briefs and assignments for content writers.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in partnership link building or digital PR campaigns.
Knowledge of advanced SEO metrics and competitor benchmarking.
Familiarity with CRM or outreach automation tools.
Previous experience with tech or B2B SaaS companies.
