Friends, we are currently in looking for a digital marketer

Your future functionality:

• Analysis of the market and competitors: monitoring of trends, pricing policy, consumer behavior.

• Launch and support of digital campaigns in Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok: formation of media plans, execution control, optimization.

• Content management: approval of content plans, quality control and tone of voice of the brand.
• Influencer marketing: search, approval and coordination of work with bloggers and agencies, control of releases.
• Efficiency analysis: preparation of campaign reports (quarterly, annual), KPI assessment (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams: sales, product, customer service to coordinate communications and activations.
• Participation in the development of new products and services: bringing marketing insights into the process of product creation and improvement.

Our candidate has:

• higher education

• 2+ years of experience in product or digital marketing (auto, e-commerce, financial services - a plus).

  
  

• understanding of the principles of marketing funnel, customer journey, unit economy.

• experience in launching and analyzing advertising campaigns in Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok.

• skills for working with analytics: Google Analytics, GTM, Power BI or similar tools.

• knowledge of the basics of SEO, content marketing and SMM.

  Experience with influencers and agencies.
