What will be your main tasks?

• Analyze  learning needs - understanding exactly what our team needs to grow.
• Develop and adapt training programs. Create interesting and effective courses that really work.
• Develop trainings, video and text materials. Implementation of your creative ideas in life, creation of interesting and useful content.
• Implementation of staff development programs:Launching and support of training initiatives.
• Working with LMS: Effective use of modern platforms for training management.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training:Analysis of results and continuous improvement of our programs.
