Duties:
- Implementation of high-quality communication with customers in the chat;
- Consultation of customers on issues of products, services and technical support;
- Prompt resolution of problems and providing the necessary information;
- Maintaining correct and structured documentation regarding customer requests;
- Observing established service standards.
Requirements: strong>
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
- Fast typing and literacy;
- Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
- Skills for working with a computer and basic office programs;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance.
