Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for technical support and consultation of users of business applications: 1c enterprise version 8.3 configurations of ZUP, BU, TPU, Context, K2 BPM, B2B portal, EDIN, etc. Rest API synchronization to ensure maximum productivity software users.
• Responsible for providing advice to users in closing the period, identifying the causes of accounting errors and finding options for their solution
• Responsible for solving requests and servicing software products
• Provides advice to colleagues on software products that are in support
