"Specialist in leisure organization< b style="font-weight: 700">» in the city of Mykolaiv.

Charitable Fund< b style="font-weight: 700">"Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine.

Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war.< /p>

The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Requirements for the candidate:

• awareness of the values, idea and mission of the foundation;
• humane and tolerant attitude towards children, understanding of age-related psychological features of child development;
• experience working with children from 2 years old;
• experience of working in pedagogical, camp, educational programs;
• ability to create and implement various formats of programs for children in the field;
• readiness to be creative and be creative in finding solutions and be willing to communicate with the child as equals;
• ability to work in a team;
• ability to write reports and communicate with external partners, representatives of local authorities, and education workers;

Responsibilities:

• organization and holding of master classes, themed holidays, game parties, movie nights, field trips;
• help/assistance in conducting trainings, conducting informational meetings with IDPs;

• implementation of communication between parents and employees of the foundation;
• help in organizing interviews, attending social events in communities;
• visiting preschool, school and extracurricular institutions to disseminate information about the Foundation, conducting master classes and classes in an on-site format;
• organization of part-time summer camps;
• monthly preparation and coordination of the youth club program;
• reporting by the results of his work.
