Assistant project manager (construction) in EON+

We are starting construction very soon and are looking for a responsible Assistant Project Manager to ensure clear performance of all tasks at the start stage! If you are proactive and know how to manage processes, join our team.

Your tasks:

• Development and control of the work schedule. Adjusting the plan as needed and monitoring compliance with deadlines.
• Contractual work with contractors. Preparation of contracts, negotiations and monitoring of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Collection and analysis of proposals from contractors for participation in the tender. Evaluation by price, terms and quality.
• Organization of production meetings with contractors. Preparation, holding of meetings and control over the implementation of decisions made during meetings.

Our expectations:

• Experience in construction project management
• Higher technical education
• Availability of a driver's license and a car
• Knowledge of EDESSB, Worksection and Excel tools for effective organization
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team and in stressful situations
