Network of stores Blyzenkoa dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Leasing Personnel Manager who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.
Main responsibilities
Organization and support of cooperation with leasing companies (search, selection, contracts, tenders).
Coordination of hiring leasing personnel for stores and the Distribution Center.
Communication with structural units and partners regarding personnel needs.
Quality control of the services provided by leasing companies, work with claims.
Reconciliation of time records, verification of acts and invoices, payment control.
Control of data entry and relevance in internal systems.
Analysis of expenses for leasing staff and preparation of reports.
Initiation and implementation of improvements and optimization processes.
What we expect:
Experience working with leased or engaged personnel, contractors, outsourcing (preferred).
Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers and reporting.
High level of communication skills, ability to lead negotiations.
Attention to details, responsibility, systematicity.
Experience in working with contracts, acts, invoices.
A confident user of Excel
