We are currently looking for an L&D Project Manager / Learning & Development Manager who will create a learning culture that unlocks talent. Professional responsibility: Determination of training and development needs of employees Organization and development of training projects, launch of new training programs (soft & hard skills) for internal and external audiences Organization of the process of technical certification of employees Creation of a knowledge sharing system (identification of relevant topics, search for trainers, methodical assistance with content development, filling of the knowledge base with educational material, etc.) Creation of career maps and learning paths (creation of role matrix, development of road maps) Participation in the construction of the IT Academy Organization of internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions Monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness training programsParticipation in other projects (English language courses, leadership programs, employee evaluation, personnel reserve, etc.) Necessary skills (hard skills): Work experience in the L&D position from 3 years Experience in creating and managing L&D projects with 0Knowledge of the market of local and international suppliers of training programs, courses and speakersExperience in planning and organizing the employee certification processSkills in developing and organizing educational events of various formats and scales (trainings, workshops, conferences, webinars, hackathons, e-courses, etc.) online/offlineKnowledge of the principles of evaluating learning effectivenessSkills in building and managing a career map & competence matrixExperience in creating educational content from scratch (trainings, e-courses, guides, checklists, presentations, newsletters, questionnaires feedback, etc.) Skills of research from various sources, finding new solutions, processing and analyzing information (example: analyze the market of trainers, their programs, prescribe selection criteria and choose the best) Experience in developing and implementing internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions Experience in implementing mentoring programs / onexperience in creating a knowledge base Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Will be a plus: Experience in IT and knowledge of IT technologies Experience in developing and organizing training programs for external and internal audiences (IT training) Experience in working with LMS systems English — Upper Intermediate Developed soft skills: Responsibility, result orientation (focus, perseverance), the ability to work in multitasking mode and in conditions of change, initiative, creativity, independence (experience in organizing work, projects), excellent communication skills (presentation skills, negotiation skills), analytical thinking, teamwork We offer:• Official employment• Competitive conditions and bonus program• Corporate health insurance program• Corporate trainings and compensation for external training• English language courses• Psychological support program for employees• Remote or hybrid format of work in the innovation park Unit City (city Kyiv).We appreciate those who accept challenges.
