We are looking for a person to help us establish and automate operational processes. What needs to be done: Operational management and coordination of team work, setting and monitoring of team members' CRI; Creation and optimization of onboarding processes for new employees and customers, including the description of processes that support service quality and communication Analysis of existing processes and the search for ways to improve them (description and automation of business processes); Creation of dashboards for analysis of resultsManagement logistics processes; Work with counterparties; Work with contractors Who we are looking for: A person with experience of working as an operational/project/product manager in the field of digital/e-commerce/retail from 3 years; Experience of working with e-commerce sites; Knowledge of basic business metrics (CAC, LTC, profit margin, conversion rate, sales cycle duration). Experience with Google Sheets, knowledge of basic formulas and pivot tables. Self-organization (initiative, independence, self-discipline). A person who does not need to be constantly monitored.
