PrJSC "Erlan" is one of the recognized leaders on the Ukrainian market in the production of juices and nectars TM "Biola", TM "Lito", sweet carbonated drinks TM "Biola", TM "Breeze", mineral water TM "Znamenivska", TM "Dva" ocean", cold tea TM "ICE TEA" invites you to join the team and assume the position of "Leading technological engineer" Key requirements: education: higher education; experience of working as a technological engineer performing physico-chemical analyzes in food laboratories, preferably profile of PrJSC Erlan, preparation of reagents, work with laboratory equipment, preparation of documents; skills of organoleptic analysis of products. Work in the 3C document flow of the laboratory. Special knowledge: work with reagents, preparation and work with solutions, ability to work on basic laboratory devices, knowledge of domestic and international regulatory documents on juices, nectars, purees and other raw materials used to prepare finished products, requirements regarding mineral and drinking water. Special certificates: permission to work with precursors (necessity is considered additionally). Position tasks: conducting physico-chemical, organoleptic studies of finished products, drinking and mineral water; keeping laboratory logs, developing new research methods, drawing up schemes of laboratory control, test methods for conducting tests; work in the 3S and 1S system; preparation of reagents; conducting tastings of finished products; work with the laboratory budget for performing tests in third-party laboratories, purchasing equipment, reagents, their timely write-off; control over ensuring compliance with Control Schemes quality by subordinate personnel; work with ND and documents of the Integrated Safety and Quality System; turnover of precursors.
