We are looking for a HR manager who will become a partner of the manager and a driver of our team's development. The main goal is to support and build a strong team of professionals, which includes attracting, adapting, retaining, motivating and developing talent.
Main Features
1. Search and retention of personnel
- Implementation of personnel strategy in accordance with the company's goals
- Recruiting: independent search and with the help of agencies
- Cooperation with universities
- Improvement of newcomer adaptation programs
- Development and implementation of key employee retention tools
2. Development of people and teams
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the organizational structure, participation in its renewal
- Assessment of training needs, development and implementation of development plans
- Organization of trainings, exercises with evaluation of their effectiveness
- Control and organization of mentoring systems
- Formation and support of personnel reserve companies
3. Motivation, engagement and culture
- Material motivation (analysis of the labor market for salaries and recommendations for changes)
- Intangible motivation (organization of team building, compensation packages, etc.)
- Conducting surveys, analyzing engagement and job satisfaction
- Building the atmosphere trust and support
- Development of corporate culture, organization of events, internal communications
We are looking for a person who:
- Has 2 years of HR experience
- Understands modern HR approaches and tools
- Able to work with analytics, think systematically, look for solutions
- Has a high level of emotional intelligence, communication, responsibility
- Ready to become an HR partner of the manager and be a driver of changes
