We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Formation and implementation of various sms / viber / email / IVR mailings;
• Standardization and approval of message templates and texts of letters, etc.;
• Formation of reports on actions taken;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of applicable tools, making proposals for changing the strategy;
• Formation of accounts receivable reports;< /li>
• Supporting the processing of complaints;
• Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of communications;
• Methodological support of the direction of work with receivables.

• Higher education;
• Work experience in a similar position;
• High the level of knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the basics of building strategies for the collection of problematic receivables.
