Payment manager in Sinhronik, TOV

We are looking for an active and ambitious Payment manager ready to join our team.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
• Experience in anti-fraud or e-commerce would be an advantage;
• Attention, responsibility;
• Desirable knowledge of the English language;
• Experience of working with a large volume of information.

Responsibilities:

• Checking payment requests, prompt response;
• Log analysis, finding discrepancies;< /li>
• Customer identification;
• Close communication with technical support on payment problems and customer questions;

• Reporting preparation.
