Today, BERTA group is a large holding, which employs more than 4,000 people, has its own retail network - 30,000 retail outlets in 10 regions of Ukraine, has 14 logistics warehouse complexes.

Our Chistenko chain of stores specializes in household, hygiene and beauty products, and has 114 retail outlets in various regions of Ukraine. We are inviting to the Chistenko network a leader who will ensure profitable growth, development and effective management of the network to achieve key business indicators.

What will be included in your duties:

• Development and implementation of the retail development strategy networks
• Implementation of measures to increase profitability
• Optimization of operational processes, reporting and analysis of key indicators
• Launch and development of ATMs, increasing their share on the market and in turnover.
• Effective management of distribution centers and construction of import procurement system
• Team motivation and control of CRI
• Control of marketing activities in stores.

Starting tasks:

• Conduct an audit of business processes and network efficiency
• Identify key points of profitability growth
• Propose a cost optimization plan
• Develop a development strategy for 1-3 years.

Your navch andqualandf 700">ikatiI:

• Experience in managing retail chains (from 50 stores) in the positions of CEO, COO or commercial director for 5 years or more.
• Successful experience in scaling or transformation networks
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting and strategic planning skills
• Experience with international procurement (especially the Chinese market) will be an advantage
• Higher education in the field of economics, business management
• Competencies: large-scale thinking, change management experience, high level of responsibility for financial results.

Knowledge of languages:

Ukrainian is fluent, English will be a plus.
