We are looking for a leading specialist on work with personnel at the Group enterprise - Metinvest Business Service.

What to do:

< li>maintain a timesheet, issue absences according to the documents provided;
• perform payroll for company employees, issue administrative documents for additional payments, allowances, etc.;
• perform calculation of personnel bonuses according to established indicators;
• participate in personnel accounting of employees (admission, transfer, dismissal, administration of personal data);
• participate in certification of workplaces, timekeeping observations;
• provide advice to company employees within the scope of their duties.

Our expectations:

• availability of higher education in the specialties of "Personnel Management", "Management", "Economics";
• availability of work experience in organization and remuneration;
• knowledge of labor legislation;
• confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• must quickly navigate work, independence, confidence, attentiveness.
