Hr manager (Warsaw) in Kraft Deckensysteme Ukraine

In connection with the expansion of projects and entry into the European markets of the company Kraft Deckensysteme < b style="font-weight: 700">Poland, we are looking for a qualified HR manager for our family.

Today we have powerful projects in the field of production of suspended ceilings.

We are considering a candidate who lives in Warsaw.

Purpose of the position: HR manager contributes to the stable development of the company, creating conditions for the involvement and effective work of personnel.

If in percentage of employment:< /p>

• 20%- recruiting (position level: middle managers. The company is actively developing a commercial direction, a marketing department, as well as an engineering and installation department (specialists in ceiling installation).
• 20 %- induction into the position of employees.
• 20%- adaptation after induction into position.
• 40%- work with personnel.

Our expectations:

< li>Higher education in personnel management or psychology (preferred).
• Experience in a similar position from 5 years.
• Polish language level (B2).
• Experience in recruiting staff in Poland from 1 year.
• Independence.
• Understanding HR processes (it is important to have practical experience).

Terms:

• Work will be in the office from Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:00 (without overtime).
