Your main responsibilities will be:
- Working with internal customers of training programs: from formulating training requests to launching training products and measuring results.
- Development of complex training programs of different durations and levels of complexity (both soft and hard skills programs).
- Conducting trainings;
- Methodology of training programs with different levels of complexity.< /li>
- Analysis of target audiences.
- Adaptation of existing programs for different training formats (online/offline trainings, electronic courses, videos, etc.).
- Creation of scenarios (storyboards) of electronic courses, videos.
- Analysis of feedback from participants, calculation of metrics of online training programs, reporting.
- Support of training participants within training programs (consultations, support, solving requests, monitoring activity).
For work you will need:
- Experience from the 1st year (training specialist, training and personnel development manager, etc.).
- Certification courses in the field: "Business trainer".
- Expertise in training development and
training programs.
- Ability to develop internal comprehensive training programs from scratch, aimed at achieving defined goals (idea, concept, content structure, measurement of expected results).
- Knowledge of training principles
adults and the laws of group dynamics.
- Experience in conducting trainings using digital tools (online/offline training, workshop,
webinar, educational marathon, case study, etc.).
- Channel management skills
communications within educational projects (including a high level of literacy)
