Basic responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for the LiqPay product
• Product Backlog Management:
  • Creation, clear expression and prioritization of backlog elements (User Stories, Epics, Tasks) to ensure maximum value of the work result Scrum teams
  • Ensuring transparency and understanding of the backlog by all stakeholders and the Scrum team
  • Conducting regular Backlog Refinement meetings together with the development team
• Collection, analysis and verification of business requirements, alignment of priorities and expectations with interested parties (Stakeholders)
• Research market, user needs, new technologies and solutions to identify opportunities to improve Internet acquiring services
• Close cooperation with the Scrum Master and the development team; active participation in all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Management of the process of implementation and implementation of new payment products and innovative Internet acquiring services
• Analysis of the results of the implementation of solutions and implementation of personal KPIs; launch and support of projects for the development of Internet acquiring

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics or Information technology, computer science or related disciplines)
• 1+ year of work experience in the position of Product Owner/Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sphere or e-commerce
• Practical experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical experience of creating quality backlog elements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• Experience of product backlog management and working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and verifying requirements, writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services in the acquiring or other products for business customers
• Knowledge of the basics of business analysis to work with requirements
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends, requirements and regulations payment systems and payment legislationa
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum framework (all roles, activities and artifacts) and deep understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to create and clearly communicate vision, product strategy and effectively manage backlog priorities
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Highly developed analytical skills, ability to quickly evaluate problems and find optimal solutions;
• Skills in implementing, developing and promoting acquiring products, Internet acquiring or corporate products in the Bank
• Aspiration to implement the latest approaches and technologies
• Confident command of Google services and project management tools (for example, Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level (A2/B1)
