The company "Bank Credit Dnipro, JSC" invites to work a Leading specialist in service and operational and cash work in the city of Kyiv, st. Zhilyanska, 32

Work schedule: five-day work week, Sat., Sun. — weekends.

Functional duties:

• Consulting and attracting customers to banking services;
• Sales and cross-sales of products and services Bank;
• Customer service — individuals and legal entities — in accordance with quality standards of customer service for the entire range of banking operations (opening of accounts , formation and management of client cases, etc.);
• Conducting client identification and financial monitoring;
• < strong style="font-weight: 700">Cash customer service using semi-automated ATM systems (Tempokasa) across the entire range of current bank cash operations and products.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher financial and banking education;
• Experience in banking from 1 year, cash service experience;
• presence of a military ticket or temporary conscript card (for men);
• Own cross-selling skills and customer service standards;
• PC proficiency;
• High communication skills.
