To strengthen the team of the sales department, we have an open vacancy -regional sales manager, covering the eastern and southern parts of Ukraine .

ULKA today is:

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience from the 1st year: working with existing partners and finding new ones in the fixed territory;
  • Experience of offline presentations and negotiations with clients;
  • High level of command of the Ukrainian language;
  • Own car and license;
  • Readiness for business trips to fixed locations regions;
  • Experience with 1C, Bitrix24, ERP (will be an advantage).

Main tasks:

  • Conducting telephone conversations with the aim of attracting customers or increasing sales;
  • Visits to partners in the region, supervision of the partner's trading points. Building trusting and warm relations with business owners and by sellers;
  • Reporting on the results of the visit to the head of the sales department, call weekly with zoom;
  • 3-4 trips per month for 1-2 days;
  • Maintaining the customer card in Bitrix24, filling in the current information about the negotiation levels;
  • Transfer information for drawing up contracts/a package of documents/goods to the support manager;
  • Visiting involved customers for additional sales, training, and merchandising checks agreements.
  • If necessary, participation in events organized by the company;

Terms of use:

  • Remote work format;
  • Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
  • Guaranteed rate from 15,000 up to UAH 21,000 + from 1 to 3% of the sales volume;
  • Thus, you can earn from UAH 40,000 and this is definitely not your maximum;
  • We will cover all expenses for your business trips in the fixed territory
