We expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a business trainer (from 2 years).
• Experience in developing and conducting group training activities (trainings/seminars/master classes) with the aim of increasing the professional level and developing managerial competencies of managers/administrators/field trainers.
• Ability to professionally determine the professional level of staff/improve it as necessary.
• Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian language.

The position requires:

• Conduct trainings/master classes/workshops, etc. events for middle management (store managers/administrators/field trainers/etc.)
• Work on the development/filling/updating of training material.
• Participate in adaptation programs.
• Be able to organize training events with the participation of training companies.
