Your main tasks

• Formation and management of the staff list and structure of the enterprise taking into account the efficiency of personnel (staff number of 150 people).

• Preparation of documents related to payment of labor (orders, calculations), as well as consulting assistance to managers in drawing up official memos regarding extra payments and allowances.

• Analysis of the wage fund: control of its use, forecasting of needs and development of proposals for cost optimization.

• Preparation of analytical reporting at the request of management.

• Higher economic education.

• Knowledge of accounting programs, the Labor Code of Ukraine and the Classifier of Professions of Ukraine.

• Attention to details, analytical thinking, systematicity.

• Ability to work with a large amount of information, responsibility.
