Main duties:

• Perform regular monitoring of the efficiency management system in the process of setting key indicators, their implementation and summarizing
• Provide consulting and methodological support for the implementation of the process of goal setting and evaluation of Bank employees
• Prepare materials for the meeting of the commission on recognition and encouragement
• Develop training materials, organize and conduct training of Bank employees regarding the Performance Management System
• Together with IT specialists, implement changes to existing PCs necessary to support the Bank-wide Performance Management System and the Development Portal

• Participate in the development and implementation of programs to retain highly effective employees and talents
• Participate in the processes of succession planning, creation and maintenance of the personnel reserve, professional development and renewal of its composition

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in "Economics", "Management", "Finance", "Banking" or related
• 3+ years of work experience in the field of personnel evaluation and development or in another related field
• Knowledge and understanding of current practices, methods and tools of personnel evaluation
• Knowledge of evaluation tools 180
• Knowledge of evaluation tools 360
• li>Knowledge of methods of competence development, assessment and staff competence development
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the implementation of personnel evaluation methods and competency models
• Experience in the implementation of personnel performance evaluation projects
• Additional professional training in the field of performance management
