• development and improvement of HR processes;
• development and improvement of digital tools for personnel management;

• data collection and analysis for management decision-making;
• development of reports and analytical materials;
• development and implementation of grading and evaluation systems employees;
• development of training programs;
• organization and conducting of educational trainings and seminars for staff;
• development and implementation of employee motivation and stimulation programs;
• participation in the process of establishing a system of compensation and rewards;
• implementation of CRM to manage internal processes and interaction with employees;
• development and implementation of a strategy to increase the recognition of the employer brand in the labor market;< /li>
• resolving conflict situations and promoting positive relationships among staff;
• developing and updating the description of the employer's benefits for attracting and retaining talented employees;
• ensuring compliance of EEP with corporate culture and values .
