We are looking for a leading specialist in managerial training for the company Groups — Metinvest Business Service.

What needs to be done:

• collect and process applications, update training needs;
• form and administer training plans;
• organize face-to-face and online training, hold meetings and conferences for the development of the internal coaching system and at the level of client enterprises;
• conduct face-to-face training (on the territory of client enterprises) and online format in compliance with a unified methodology in the implementation of corporate training programs;
• observe the terms of the service agreement and high standards of customer service by direction;
• provide primary methodical and consulting support to the employees of the customer enterprise direction of their activity;
• keep track of learning facts;
• report on processes.

Our expectations:

• complete higher education in pedagogical, technical, economic or humanitarian fields;
• work experience in the field of education is desirable / organization and conduct of corporate training;
• knowledge and presentation skills, management of training content and group dynamics, adaptation of training programs;
• confident user of PC, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) , MS Teams, MS Forms. Experience in SAP, 1C, Oracle systems is welcome.
