Specialist in working with documentation of the commercial department in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:

The commercial department documentation specialist is responsible for processing and checking primary accounting documentation, ensuring its compliance with the company's internal standards and requirements. This role provides an opportunity to develop skills in handling financial documentation, managing communications with internal clients and overseeing the timeliness of payments and signing contracts.

Our new team members have:

• Higher or secondary special education (finance, accounting, economics);
• Experience in the field of accounting / accounting from 1 year (will be an advantage);
• Experience of working with primary accounting documentation (will be an advantage);
• Be a confident PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP (preferred);
• High level of communication skills;
< li>??Responsible, attention to detail and results oriented.

You can be successful in this role if:

< li>You will work closely with internal customers, creating strong and partnership relations and believe that "WE" is more than "I";
• You will work with payment documents (checking their correctness and signing according to the Company's procedures);
>You will check the correctness of contracts in the CMS system.
