Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education or a relevant specialty at a non-technical university
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year, work experience in the banking sector is welcome
• Experience in supporting application software and peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of the principles of building a Service Desk and IT service support processes in accordance with ITIL
• Practical experience in building and maintaining processes for managing incidents, problems, Knowledge Base
• Ability to make decisions in a concise manner time frames
• Personal organization and time management
• Resistance to stress
• Willingness and ability to work in a team

Functional responsibilities:

• Interaction with internal customers and coordination of work with other structural divisions of the Bank and outsourcing companies regarding the implementation of user requests
• Technical support of the Bank's internal users and Administration of application systems
• Adherence to time frames in accordance with SLA
• Introduction of proposals to optimize and improve the quality of services (services) provided to users
• Using "Knowledge Bases"
