Basic responsibilities:

Design development surveys:

• Definition of the target audience and the method of sample formation.
• Formulation of questions of various types (open, closed, scales) in compliance with the rules of formulation and the logic of the survey.
• A/B testing different survey options to optimize results.

Standardization and unification:

• Development and implementation of uniform standards for conducting surveys, including defining key metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and using valid and reliable scales.
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base of recommendations on question formulation and survey design.

Data quality assurance:

• Checking the relevance, reliability and validity of data obtained from surveys.
• Identifying and eliminating outliers and anomalies.
• Checking data for compliance with standards.< /li>

Data analysis and interpretation of results:

• Conducting (supporting) analysis of survey data using statistical methods (correlation, regression, factor analysis).
• Segmentation of customers and identification of key drivers of satisfaction.
< li>Interpreting the results and formulating conclusions taking into account the business context.

Visualization and presentation:

• Creation of reports and presentations with key research results.
• Data visualization using infographics and other methods for effective communication of results.
• Adaptation of presentations for different audience.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (master's degree or higher). Availability of specialization in the field of social psychology, consumer psychology, marketing research (preferred)
• 2+ years of work experience in the field of quantitative research of customer experience
• Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python) will be an advantage
• Experience in design development and implementation surveys
• Experience in data visualization
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, communication skills
• Proficiency in English at the level Intermediate (B1)
