SMM manager, with a developed sense of beauty.

Who can formulate a strategy and poll the content, agree on the shooting and organize it.

What should be done?

• Everything related to content (searching for trends, generating ideas, planning a content plan, creating content, posting, moderating comments. You DO NOT need to respond to messages, this is for the sales department)
• making reels (the creation will be up to you, generating ideas, searching for trends, memes, creating reels from YouTube releases and etc.)
• Work with ChatGPT and Elevel Labs to make more quality videos
• posting stories (planning according to existing content, UTP, etc.)
• manage the creation of content
• shooting (we provide most of the content, but the production shots will have to be organized and shot independently on locations)
• Post according to the content plan/calendar (the content plan must be drawn up 2 weeks in advance in notion)

It is necessary to make content systematically in various formats and grow the target audience. Namely, everyone who is interested in country real estate as such.

There is already a developed content strategy that we can update/improve and must implement.
