Responsibilities:
- searching for candidates for commercial positions, in particular those who are not actively looking for a job; preemption";
- presentation of job vacancies in telephone mode, appointment of simultaneous interviews with the customer;
- conducting interviews with candidates;
- evaluation of candidates' professional competences;
- preparation and collection of documents for the registration of candidates for the position;
- support for the adaptation of new employees.

Requirements:

- experience of working with a large number of commercial vacancies;
- possession of various candidate search tools;
- ability to persuade;
- skills of dealing with objections;
- orientation to results;
- desire for professional development.
