HRQuality is looking for employees for the Polish labor market. We are currently looking for an ambitious person to join our recruitment team who will be enthusiastic and motivated to find new candidates for our projects. We are an agency that primarily deals with finding employees for jobs in areas such as manufacturing, forklift operators, warehouse workers and many other jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates for temporary work.
• Analysis and selection of submitted applications.
• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates.
• Preliminary verification candidates, for the possibility of legal employment.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage own time and assigned tasks.
• Communication.
• Min. one year of experience as a recruiter (for example, in a temporary employment agency).
