Requirements:

• Experience as an analyst
• A confident user of Microsoft Office, SAP
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, has high communication skills and conscientiously applies to the performance of his functional duties

Duties:

• Timely ensuring the purchase of goods according to the nomenclature fixed for the specialist in accordance with the functional duties of the employees of the procurement department of goods and equipment, according to the fixed groups in SAP ERP.

• Timely provision of repair and operational and technological needs, capital investments and objects of the social sphere in accordance with the procurement plans. according to directions according to regulatory documents.

• Ensuring timely and proper filling of informative data on critical and emergency issues before meetings.

• Planning operational the monthly payment plan, within the limits of the critical need, which ensures the stable operation of the enterprise.

• Submission of weekly registers for payment, within the framework of the critical need.

• Work in the Kvant ECHO system, SAP ERP.
