Requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Relevant work experience of 3 years or more;
• Working with large data sets;
• Analysis business processes;
• Understanding the principles of operation and experience in using ERP systems (for example, SAP, 1C);
• Understanding the basics of database operation and knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial data analysis processes;
• Confident user of Microsoft Office package, Excel: knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot;
• Power BI - building models, reporting packages-MANDATORY;
• SQL Server Management Studio.

Duties:

1. Development and testing of the planning system and reporting:

• study of current planning and reporting processes in the company;
• collection and analysis of requirements from users and business units;
• optimization and automation of collection, processing and data analysis for planning and reporting;
• implementation of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI.

2. Monitoring and optimization of the planning and reporting system:

• constant analysis of system operation, evaluation of its effectiveness and compliance with business requirements;
• collection and analysis of feedback from users for further optimization;
• introducing improvements to the system and updating functionality as needed.
