Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Higher education , not lower than the second (master's) level;
- 2 years of work experience in the field;
- Communication, responsibility, decency, honesty

- Knowledge of modern operating systems and the most common application software packages;
- Knowledge of basic network technologies, OSI model;
< li>Knowledge of the principles of the structure of information systems;- Knowledge of the basic principles of work in Active Directory;
- Ability to configure a network connection, connection to the Internet and VPN in Windows systems;< /li>
- Ability to configure Wi-Fi connection and software for using corporate IT services on smartphones;
- Ability to configure popular email clients (MS Outlook and others) and browsers;
- Possession of ITSM system skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively allocate resources;
- English language (basic technical, IT direction)
