Basic requirements:

• Skills for working with OS, Windows 10, 11 at the level of an advanced user

• Working skills and setting up office equipment (printers, scanners)

• Basic skills of working with network equipment

• Skills for configuring Office 365 products

• Experience in Service Desk systems as an added advantage

Functional duties:

• User consultation

• Keeping the knowledge base involved in the creation of user instructions

• Control of delivery and movement of equipment

• Selection of equipment, organization of purchase of equipment

• Maintenance of network equipment
