We invite you to participate in the selection of candidates for the position

Main tasks:

• Organization of procurement for capital construction objects (Customer)
• determination of the subject of procurement, using the Unified procurement dictionary;
• determining the expected cost of procurement;
• preparation of technical and economic justifications and justifications of the need for procurement; 
• preparation of technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the subject of purchase;
• development of technical specifications;  
• preparation of qualification criteria for bidders and other procurement documents.
• Support of the procurement process, verification/evaluation of bids of procurement participants/winners for compliance with tender documentation requirements. 
• Formation of reporting on the procurement of works and services.

Expected competences and experience:

Higher education, work experience in the field of at least 2 (3) years.

• Knowledge of current regulatory documents in the field of procurement, urban planning, architectural activities, rules for determining the cost of construction, the procedure for arranging and drawing up contracts.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of pricing in construction, basic knowledge of software complexes for determining the cost of project work and the cost of construction.
• User of Microsoft Office, user of the SAP ERP software tool.
• Business communication skills. 
• Responsibility, multitasking, ability to plan and set priorities, stress resistance, attention to details.
