Economist-analyst in Apteka ANC

Apteka ANC company is looking for an economist-analyst for budgeting of communal services in connection with the expansion of its activities. If you have similar work experience and would like to join a successful company, we are delighted to offer you this vacancy.

What you will be doing:

• pay landlords bills on time for reimbursement utility services and preparation of invoices for the reimbursement of utility services by sublessees;
• control and verification of the invoice in accordance with the terms of the contract, readings of metering devices, current tariffs;
• preparation of the invoice for payment in the accounting program;
• communication with the counterparty on issues of payment of invoices, reconciliations on the date of the request for the period request;
• number of accounting objects — 200 tons, frequency — once a month.

Required experience:

• higher economic education;
• work experience in the accounting and financial field from 2 years;
• high level of knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
• analytical mindset, ability to learn quickly, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information, communication and team interaction skills, focus on professional development.
