Lead Technical Support Engineer needed
Analysis and elimination network accidents;Finding workarounds;Remote customer support during emergency situations;Consultations on the operation of services and solving technical problems; Interaction with equipment manufacturer (TAC) for troubleshooting.Requirements :
- English (spoken and written) for interaction with manufacturers;
- Experience with routing solutions and Cisco switching;
- Experience in operator or corporate networks (5-6 years) or in an integrator (4-5 years);
- Excellent knowledge of the network stack (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP);
- Experience with IP/MPLS networks and Cisco equipment;
- Knowledge of the principles of network protocols and technologies (DMVPN , QinQ, STP, MVPN);
- Experience with Cisco ASR, ISR routers and solutions based on Catalyst, Nexus;
- CCNA, CCNP certificates — desirable;
- Ability to quickly collect and analyze data (traces, logs, traffic dumps).
