Expectations from the candidate:

• Proficiency in written and spoken Ukrainian;
• Type speed from 150 characters /min;
• Multitasking and adaptability;
• Skills understand the client's needs.

Key tasks:< /p>

• Accompanying and supporting customers in the format of chats and in telephone mode;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Analysis of the reason for the appeal and provision of technical support;
• Formation and provision of reports for the customer.
