Leading economist of the department of labor organization and wages in Generator, DP, zavod

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• knowledge of labor legislation and relevant legal acts; knowledge of the basics of the Legislation of Ukraine; 
• confident PC user (Word, Excel);

Duties:

• Compiles staff lists in accordance with the approved management structure, salary schemes, salary funds and current regulations, makes changes to them due to the emergence of new types of activities (positions) characteristic of a market economy. Forms tariff grids in accordance with the industry agreement.
• Determines premiums based on current regulations. Controls compliance with staff discipline, expenditure of the wage fund, the correctness of establishing the names of professions, the application of tariff rates and assessments, salaries, allowances, allowances and coefficients to wages, the tariffication of works and the establishment in accordance with the qualification directories of grades and categories, as well as compliance with work and rest regimes, norms of labor legislation. Participates in the preparation of a draft collective agreement and monitors the fulfillment of accepted obligations. Keeps records of labor and salary indicators, analyzes them and prepares prescribed reports. 
• Performs work on the formation, maintenance and storage of the labor and salary database, the number of employees, makes changes to the reference and regulatory information used during data processing. Takes part in the formulation of the economic setting of tasks or their separate stages, which are solved with the help of computer technology, determines the possibilities of using ready-made projects, algorithms and packages of application programs that allow creating economically sound systems for processing information on labor and wages.
